Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life‐saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.The role:As an **Operator**, you will help drive our goals by:• Processing, refining and fabricating precious metals and chemical products through a range of operational activities • Following written and verbal operating procedures to complete production tasks safely and accurately • Monitoring and controlling multiple process operations while maintaining product quality and efficiency • Performing routine testing and checks to support process control and product specifications • Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring full traceability of materials throughout the process • Supporting housekeeping, waste handling and continuous improvement activities to maintain a safe, organized workplaceKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:• High school diploma or equivalent qualification • Ability to apply scientific or technical knowledge in a manufacturing or processing environment • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality standards • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Experience working collaboratively within a team environment and using Microsoft Office applicationsWhat we offer:We make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
