Seasonal Coffee Shop Barista

Do you love the smell of freshly brewed coffee in the morning? Be a part of the start of our guests' days by creating a specialty coffee beverage that enhances their day with every sip! We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented Seasonal Coffee Shop Barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to create guests for life. This is a winter seasonal position with a tentative start date at the end of November, lasting through March.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be available to work at least 2 days per week
• Timely and reliable attendance is a MUST, even in inclement weather
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekdays, and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fun, fast-paced environment

What You Can Expect:

• Warmly welcome guests and guide them in their coffee interests and needs
• Educate guests on the types of coffee offered
• Craft drinks quickly and efficiently
• Generate revenue by selling guests new types of espresso and coffee beverages
• Stay up to date with new coffee offerings and trends
• Take customer orders accurately and process cash, credit, and digital payments
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
