This is a remote position.

BL3ND Tele Psych / BL3ND Health is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience or strong interest in integrative, holistic, functional, herbal, and lifestyle-based medicine to join our growing telehealth practice. $95 an HR

We are developing an integrative care service focused on evaluating patients with medical and behavioral health concerns and identifying evidence-informed nonprescription, herbal, nutritional, and lifestyle treatment options when clinically appropriate.

Position Overview

The provider will conduct comprehensive telehealth evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that may incorporate:

Herbal and botanical medicine
Nutritional supplementation
Lifestyle interventions
Sleep optimization
Stress management
Behavioral health interventions
Medication and supplement interaction review
Evidence-based complementary therapies
Conventional medication recommendations or referral when clinically indicated

This position is not focused on replacing medically necessary treatment. Providers are expected to recognize when prescription medication, laboratory evaluation, specialist referral, or a higher level of care is appropriate.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and follow-up visits
Assess medical, psychiatric, lifestyle, nutritional, and medication history
Diagnose and manage conditions within the provider’s legal scope of practice
Review current medications, supplements, herbs, and potential interactions
Develop individualized integrative treatment plans
Educate patients regarding risks, benefits, alternatives, and expected outcomes
Identify contraindications to herbal or complementary treatments
Order appropriate laboratory testing when clinically indicated and permitted
Coordinate care with primary care, psychiatry, specialists, and other healthcare professionals when necessary
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Practice according to state scope-of-practice requirements and professional standards

Ideal Candidate

Botanical medicine
Holistic health
Nutritional medicine
Women’s health
Behavioral health
Sleep medicine
Lifestyle medicine

Formal integrative or functional medicine certification is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner license
FNP, AGNP, WHNP, PMHNP, or other appropriate NP certification
Active and unrestricted professional license
Current malpractice coverage or willingness to obtain coverage
Strong telehealth communication skills
Comfortable integrating conventional and complementary approaches
Strong understanding of medication, supplement, and herbal interactions
Ability to practice independently or collaboratively as required by state law

Physicians, DOs, and appropriately licensed integrative medicine providers may also be considered.
